CHILDREN’S
DISCOVERY MUSEUM

Our wayfinding project focuses on improving the navigation experience at the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose. We collaborated closely with the museum’s marketing manager and staff to conduct comprehensive research and evaluations. This included interviews with both staff members and visitors to identify current pain points within the wayfinding system. Based on our findings, we developed a set of solutions aimed at not only improving directional clarity but also enhancing the overall visiting experience for both children and adults.
