NAMI, or for the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the largest grassroots mental health organization in the U.S. With local branches across the country, their goals is to support people living with mental illness and their families. NAMI focuses on advocacy, education, support, and raising public awareness to break the stigma and build greater understanding around mental health.

The back inside cover includes a list of helplines, ranging from general support to emergency services for crisis intervention. The journal page serves as a supportive tool for members to monitor on their mental
well-being through daily check-ups and self-reflection. These check-ups include a set of questions and encourage members to reflect on their day.
